Mr Steven Crane

Mr Steven Crane, who is a Member of the Advisory Council and former Chief Executive Officer of ABN AMRO Australia, joined the Adelaide Bank board in April 2005. Mr Crane is Chairman of Global Valve Technology Limited, Deputy Chairman of the Australian Chamber Orchestra and a director of The Sunnyfield Association. Mr Crane joined ABN AMRO in 1988 as Head of Sales and Trading (equities) and held several different positions with the organisation until being appointed Chief Executive Officer in 1996, a position he held until 2003.

Dr Adele Lloyd
PHD, M.ED.ADMIN, BA (HONS), DIPT
Dr Adele Lloyd is a leading South Australian businesswoman who joined the Adelaide Bank board in 1997. She was appointed Deputy Chairman of Adelaide Bank in March 2003 and Chairman in October 2005. Dr Lloyd has a number of family business interests. Dr Lloyd holds a Masters and Doctorate in Administration and Management and is currently a member of the Council of the University of South Australia.

Mr Jamie McPhee
BEng (Hons), MBA, FAIBF, ASIA, GAICD
Mr Jamie McPhee has worked with Adelaide Bank for 16 years, having started in Treasury. In 2003, he was appointed Chief General Manager Operations, responsible for day-to-day banking operations of the bank and in September 2005 was appointed Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all bank operations for the Group. In May 2006, Mr McPhee was appointed a Director of Adelaide Managed Funds Limited. Mr McPhee was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Adelaide Bank upon the retirement of Mr Barry Fitzpatrick, effective on 15 December 2006.

Ms Nancy Fox

Ms Nancy Fox is the Managing Director of Ambac Assurance Corporation with responsibility for the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to joining Ambac, Ms Fox was an investment banker for over 15 years and has held a number of senior positions as head of securitisation and structured finance at ABN AMRO, AIDC and Citibank. Before moving to investment banking, she was an attorney in New York. Ms Fox was a National Committee member of the Australian Securitisation Forum for 9 years. She received the Australian Securitisation Forum's inaugural Distinguished Service Award in 2005. Ms Fox has also served as a board member of the Australian Youth Orchestra since 2001.

Mr Stephen Treanor
BA (Econ), MBA (Fin)
Mr Stephen Treanor is a financial consultant. Over the past 10 years, he has advised a wide range of companies on credit risk assessment, debt structuring, and the securitisation of financial assets. Previously, he was a commercial banker and credit analyst in the United States and served as managing director of the Australasian operations for Moody's Investors Service. Mr Treanor is also a professional director of securitisation related companies. Current directorships include Amalgamated Mortgage Management Pty Limited, Blue Square Investments Limited, First Permanent Securities Limited, Longreach CP Limited, Nexus Bonds Limited, Prime Asset Vehicle Limited, Select Access Investments Limited and Structured Risk Alternatives Pty Limited.

Mr Anthony Baum
B.Ec, F.Finsia, G.AICD
Anthony Baum is currently the Chief General Manager Financial Markets with responsibility for the Business Lending and Margin Lending businesses of Adelaide Bank. Anthony Baum joined Adelaide Bank in 2000 from BNP Paribas in London to become Treasurer, a position held until 2004. Anthony Baum has 14 years banking experience gained in Australia and Europe.
