Apply for an investment in the AMF Yield Fund

You will need to read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) before applying for an AMF Yield Fund. To get a copy of the PDS:

• download the PDS
• call 1800 224 124 for a copy to be mailed to you
• contact your financial adviser or stockbroker
• pick up a copy from the Adelaide Managed Funds office at:
  169 Pirie Street, Adelaide SA 5000.
